LIMITED WARRANTY

Vesrah Co., Inc. warrants each Vesrah product to be free from defects in material, and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty DOES NOT COVER any product that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence or an accident, or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed. The warranty DOES NOT APPLY to any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion.

This Limited Warranty is void if the user incorrectly uses the product; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from the vehicle manufacturer; fails to follow any instructions, cautions and/or warnings from Vesrah.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY

If your Vesrah product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Vesrah Co, Inc. will replace the defective product with another Vesrah product. All claims are limited to a replacement of the Vesrah product. Any product returned to Vesrah must be returned at the customer’s expense. Vesrah reserves the right to determine whether the terms of this warranty have been properly complied with.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS ORIMPLIED. FOR VESRAH PRODUCTS USED IN COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS ANDEXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VESRAH EXPRESSLYDISCLAIMS, WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THEFOREGOING IS THE ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF VESRAH AND YOUREXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS MADE INCONNECTION WITH THE USE OF VESRAH PRODUCTS. VESRAH CO. INC, SHALL INNO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING CLAIMS FORDAMAGE TO ANY ENGINE, DAMAGE TO ANY VEHICLE, LOSS OF USE OF THEVEHICLE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE OR COMMERCIAL LOSS. SOMEJURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OFLIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOMEOF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS.
